keyword=Angle and Momentum Settings for RICH test
Polarity reversal completed for both spectrometers. LEFT is set for protons, RIGHT is set for electrons. (Note: Left Q3 - magnet screen shows an "N" for its polarity, when it is supposed to be "P" to be consistent with other magnets on Left HRS...Rusty and Gary checked that the power supply indeed is set to supply the required Positive polarity, so ignore this inconsistency on the magnet screen. To be sure, check that all optics reconstruct properly in Left HRS when beam comes back.)
Right spectrometer eventually made it to 12.678 degrees - as far forward as it can go without hitting beamdump pipe. Note we had difficulty keeping bogies on during this spectrometer move; will need to replace a control card in bogie motor control crate on Monday. Set right spectrometer momentum to 2.3 GeV/c (after cycling Q2, Q3).
Left spectrometer remained at 12.500 degrees. Setting its momentum to 2.070 GeV/c (which corresponds to needed central setting using the achieved right spectrometer angle), after first cycling Q2, Q3.
