    Test of Veto detectors efficiency as a function of their singles
    rate was done by performing a series of runs with increasing
    beam current at endpoint 4C kinematics with LH-norad target
    and Magnet Off.

    Rate of Vertical Veto counter #12 (the detector with largest
    rate counting by RCS scalers) was taken as a reference rate.
    Values for vertical and horizontal veto efficiency were
    calculated using Yuri's script effVeto.C
    In the table below average values for all horizontal and
    for all vertical veto counters are shown.
