(Oops ! That should read chamber 3 and 4 in the plot label)
The time constant is 7.8 +/- 1.6 hours (roughly).
Plot 2 shows where the efficiencies are now. We decide to ask for beam
and will start data taking when the worst two reach 90%, whic should be
in another hour or so.
