With kinematics 5H the trigger T4 comes about 200ns later than
    the other triggers.
    Bob explained us that:
    a) T4 came on-time with kinematics 5B (Lcalor=18m)
    b) With kinematics 5H (L=7m) level 1 accept from T4 comes a bit (34ns) late,
and is apparently late to coincide with the re-timing signal in the left arm.
    c) There is a very little room to maneuver, since T4 is late intrinsically and,
furthermore, it is delivered to the trigger supervisor in the photon arm
by a normal delay cable (not a fast one).
    d) Rewiring the delays may fix the situation with 5H kinematics but
    hurt some other kinematics.
    e) Building a fast cable may help. One would also need to add a delay
    unit before the trigger supervisor.
