    Comments: RCS DAQ failure. Using shift to perform Moller, ep measurements. We wanted to try an ARC measurement but neither of the experts responded to our pages. Then, for lack of anything else, we took a lot of optics data. When Ting returns, the plan is to return to Controlled Access until the RCS DAQ problems are fixed.
