As a reminder, ROC14 is no longer used for RCS, and the corresponding change in starting CODA is that when you "Configure" you must select "nobpm" and NOT "COINC"
Not everybody stands shifts every day, so in addition to recording this in the HALOG, the 3rd shift person must pass this information to their reliefs after such changes. It is a bad practice to assume that the oncoming shift is up to date on recent configuration changes.
