With 40 uA, the temperature gradient before and after the target is large (comparing
with previous experience). Temperature after the target (CT104) is 19.32K,
and before target (CT108) is 19.00 K. Since without beam, there is also a difference
of about 0.16 K (due to CT104 calibration?). So the beam effect caused 0.16K
gradient.
