    keyword=condition of LH2 loop

    Loop1 is filled with LH2:
    Temperature is at about 19 K: CT96 (before cell)=19.00K, CT93(after cell)=18.72K, VPT92=19.1K. CT97 is not working. CT94(at heater exchanger)=21.3K.
    Pressure is 23.7 psi. All three tarnsducers are consistent (to 0.1 psi) and also consistent with pressure gauge reading. (We noticed that these transducer readings
    drift with time when beam is on, probably due to radiation).
    Fan speed is 60 Hz (still only local control in the hall). With J-T setting at 50%,
    coolant flow=17g/s, supply temperature is 13.5K, HP heater power is about
    430 W, in PID mode. Scattering chamber Vac=2*10^-7 (from local gauge reading).
