the espace detector kumac analysis of the cosmic ray data looks like the scintillator TDCs have multiple peaks and some of the aerogel TDCs also look funny.
Right and left arm S1, S2 ADCs look good but both the right and left arm S1 and S2 TDCs look multi-peaked. Bodo believes the right arm can be understood but maybe not the left. Perhaps it takes data to generate better spectra.
Left VDC shows many "0" hit events -- unlike the right. Possibly a problem? Or is the behavior just that the cosmics are weird? The right arm VDC shows all one hit events.
Summary: Why is VDC behavior different? Is there a problem with the TDC values of the scintillators? We will ask Bob Michaels opinion in the morning about this.
Also, the target does not want to move to the 15 cm LH2 cell. In the morning we should ask the "target on call" about this. There seems little point tonight in calling Kathy McCormick in.
