This has been known for several hours now: VDCs are fully recovered
and the missing ADCs on scint look ok now. Thanks to some advice about
hbook from M. Jones, the dhist VDC efficiency plot looks more understandable
now (Y axis from 0.8 to 1.0 shown). Things look pretty good. I guess the
main complaint is that the current cannot exceed 30 uA and is unstable. The
instability becomes worse very quickly with increasing current. The MCC says
the main problem is with the BCM system that indicates losses. I had the
suspicion that maybe there are calibration errors which lead to diverging
differences at higher currents, but MCC said it wasn't so simple.
Another, smaller problem is with RF trips.
