Beam has been down since 11:47am.
MCC has not been forthcoming with details on what is wrong, but it appears to be an orbit problem in Arc 3 on the East Side. They have rebooted all of the IOCs for the BPMs and reset all of the power supplies. Local experts are still on-site and we do not yet know when things will be back up.
