    Comments: Tried to start cooling target at 2:15pm, flow began about two hours later, we gave up at 6:30pm because there is not enough coolant to liquify the target and we could contact anyone to change it. Dave Meekins got someone to come in and fix the flow limit, and Kathy began target cooldown at ~11pm (J-P will take over in a while)
