Oops...looks like T1 prescale wasn't high enough, and deadtime for Run 1725 was
pretty high (I calculated ~70% for T3 deadtime...) - this is probably the reason
we killed ROC14. Wil increase T1 prescale by factor of 4, which should then
give ratio of good elastic right/left of ~4 as asked for (this ratio was 15.6 for analyzed
Run 1725).
