    Hall A Arc Energy Measurement
    _________________________

    Energy = 2843.6 MeV +/- 0.1 Mev (stat.) +/- 0.5 MeV (sys)

    Arc Angle = 34.3002 deg (Avg. of scans #1771-1773)
    BdL = 5678.391 T.mm (Avg. of Runs #821-823)

    Tiefenback Energy = 2843.5 MeV +/- 1.4 MeV
    Set Energy = 2842.3 MeV

    The measurements were performed with 7 uA cw Dispersive mode beam and were of good quality. The energy lock was transferred to Arc 2.
    The 9th dipole mapper was fixed for this run with the the data readings fixed to 3197 counts (instead of the usual 3199 counts and the proper 3200 counts). Several BdL scans were taken (Run 811-820) with different data readings (3197-3180) and the results were very constant. -- see HALOG #85393
    Thanks to the "new" EES Group - Scott Higgins, Rick Gonzales, Dave Seidman, Ron Lauze and others who worked hard to get it working.
