    keyword=end-run halog problems

    The shift said that there were some anomolous end-run entries in halog.
    For example, it seems that halog 88649 and 88651 which are allegedly for
    run 2620 and 2622 are actually runs 2619 and 2621 where the following
    thing happened (I think): The run ended, and the shift did not wait to start
    the next run. They started right away, which cleans up hanging processes
    including scaler readings, hence no scalers in those halog entries. I believe
    the solution is the following:
    1. When a run end, WAIT for the end-run GUI to pop up.
    2. Patiently and calmly hit the acknowledgement button at the bottom of GUI.
    3. After steps 1 and 2, start a next run.
