    keyword=raw triggers plugged into 1877

    In order to unambiguously find what triggers exist prior to prescaling at
    the trigger supervisor, I plugged in the raw triggers T1,T3,T5 into a fastbus
    1877 TDC in slot 10 of ROC4 in channels 80,81,82 resp. (where chan 0 is first).
    For convenience I added a comment into ~adaq/detmap/detmap.config
