    keyword=Injector Pockel Cell Change

    For run 2908 the pockel cell will be off. This means the helicity will not be
    changing, but it also means the beam should have no polarization since
    the laser light will be linearly polarized.

    For running with the pockel cell on, Hall A is recieving 35% polarized beam.
    (the Wien angle is such that Hall A & C get max. polarization with Hall C
    at 3 GeV and Hall A at 5 GeV)

    Not having the pockel cell should not effect on our data. The only possible exception is if someone ever wants to try to look at the 5th structure function. With our small acceptance spectrometers, this is really only possible for Pm close to zero. (i.e. where the entire proton cone around the q-vector is in the acceptance).
