    Followups:

    keyword=missing cable replaced, iocse9 (bpm12)

    The parity DAQ has had trouble recently with the bpm at the most dispersive point in
    the arc, bpm 12. We examined the appropriate crate (iocse9) and found that the
    sample and hold card reading out this bpm did not have a front panel serial
    connection from the previous sample-and-hold card. (There are two front panel
    connectors, and the first sample-and-hold should start a daisy-chain to all later
    sample-and-hold cards in the crate, on the upper connector.)

    Anyhoo, we used three short twisted-pair cables to replace the missing ribbon cable.
    Hopefully this fixes our problem, and we don't expect this to impact any other
    function in that crate.
