    keyword=R-arm DAQ is dead

    The R-arm DAQ is dead and I could not revive it this night. I will go sleep on it
    now and in the morning try to get DAQ group and network expert to help me.
    First I summarize what I think is wrong, then give symptoms
    1. ROC1 has severe fastbus problems. At the moment it gives no data at all
    and the busy signal is hung.
    2. TS0 probably has a duplex mismatch, its data goes through an old hub
    which I guess must be replaced.
    -----
    Symptoms to support this:
    1. When ROC1 was still working (sort-of), it first gave conversion errors on slot 24
    but no other slots. Hours later I observed the same errors on slot 23,24,25. At
    present there are SFI fastbus arbitration timeouts on these slots when we try to
    download pedestals, and no module responds to a broadcast. The power looks ok.
    2. Regarding network, I tried DAQ configs with (TS0, ROC1), (TS0, ROC2)
    and ROC2 only using 1 kHz pulser trigger. The first two had deadtime structure
    where for ~4 sec it was zero DT and for ~2 sec it was ~100% DT. The latter had
    no DT. So, I believe there is a network problem or perhaps duplex mismatch to TS0.

    (Test 2 was done before ROC1 totally died. Why it died -- might be because
    of power cycling.)
