    Followups:

keyword=IA slope too small, spot size too big

With the IA slope -189 ppm/V and dynamic range of +/- 5 V the
max asymmetry we could null out is 945 ppm. So ....
beam waveplate in and G0's optimal RWP = 6725 is marginal (asy was ~ -1000)
beam waveplate out and RWP = 6440 probably ok (asy was ~ +400).
Ideally we'd adjust the quarter wave plate at IA cell to fish for a bigger slope,
but nobody knows how. We decide to try this.

We let MCC try a long time (hour ?) to adjust the spot size as seen on target OTR
and they finally managed to get X,Y widths of 140, 220 microns. Not bad.
