    keyword=Shift Summary

    16:45 Shut down the beam for target polarimetry
    17:19 NMR done (32.6%). Beam is back. (run 20/1434)
    Hall C will ask to insert the beam 1/2 wave plate. They will also redo a zero crossing measurement. We asked Antonin to be around to make sure that this study will not induce large beam charge asymmetry for Hall A.
    18:25 Beam 1/2 plate is in, as requested by Hall C. Run 20/1435 will be the first run in this configuration.
    runs 20/1435 were taken while the Hall C was measuring the 0-crossing (3 different values of the rotatable 1/2 wave plate) so these runs may have a larger beam charge asymmetry. We ended them when Hall C was done with the new determination of the 0-crossing .
    18:45 Hall C is done with its study (but they still have to compute the 0-crossing before to set the 1/2 plate at the right angle). MCC asked to shut down the beam for orbit study. During the study, the beam won't go into Hall A so we don't move the target.
    19:23 Beam is back (10 uA). Value of the 1/2 wave plate angle is 6650.
    20:06 We stop running in kinematics 5.1.5 so that we can go to 180 degree for the target spin instead 270 degree. The goal is to have a more efficient target pump up.
    We will start taking data for kinematics 5.1.7
    For this, we asked the beam to be stopped.
    20:23 Target is now at 180 degree. First run for kine 5.1.7: 20/1437
    21:02 Beam down. Vaccum Valve problem
    21:09 Beam back
    Smooth data taking until the end.
