keyword=raster size and shapeRaster shape appears to be pancake-like with a size of 6x3; test run taken with BeO target and 5uA beam. This appears to be the same problem seen last week - see entry 92032. This may be the result of optics changes from attempts earlier to minimize the tail on the beam spot.
