    We are polarizing the target up slowly at 0 degrees at kinematic setting 3.1.4, now we are almost done with 0 degree running it is time to go to 270. Since we do not know how bad 270 running will be for polarization, and since the small momentum changes we have here are quick to make we decided to change the momentum at this time and go to kinematic 3.2.* so that we can stay in 0 degrees and keep polarizing up.

    This will give us another 4 hours to be at 0 degrees. After that we should change the momentum back to 1.3338 GeV to complete the 270 degree running at kinematic 3.1.* during that magnet change (which takes only about 15 min.) we should do the next NMR and go to 270.
