    keyword=controlled access activities:reference cell replaced,...

    During the controlled access, we (Karl, Al and JP) replaced the reference cell. The old reference cell was broken in 3 pieces. After replace with a new reference cell, it was tested to hold vacuum and pressure (tested to 5 atm).
    During the replacement, the left pickup coil was moved. So we checked
    with the old measurements and made adjustment. However, the left pickup coil is very close to the target cell, so we did not move completely to the original position. Karl attached the RTDs on.

    We came out of controlled access just before 2 pm (after complete the controlled access checking, in particular, I moved the left spectrometer stop
    out to allow the spectrometer to move to 32 degree.

    Also during the access, The survey group completed survey of both spectrometer angles. Kathy fixed the target half-wave plate motion problem.
    Ron/Bodo/Seonho checked the electronics/DAQ to be sure that we are ready for change the helicity signal back to on-time mode. Riad/Brian moved a lumi detector. GEn people worked on the neutron detector.
