    keyword=end (hopefully) of DT saga

    Took access to investigate the L1A signal into scalers since this was always
    greater (either 0.4% or factor of 2) than the number of events in file. Found that
    the cabling was correct (L1A out of TS2 went directly to NIM/ECL for scaler)
    but the signal itself looked screwy -- I will draw a picture in paper log book.
    Now I took this signal from another place and it looks clean. Did two runs at
    fairly high rates (loose triggers) with psfact != 1, runs 1859 and 60, and see that
    now the scalers agree EXACTLY with number of events in file. Hopefully that's
    the end of the saga. But it means you will need to use alternative means to check
    DT for previous runs of GDH. See the halog about TS2 scalers. I believe that
    many of the runs with high rates had significant deadtime and we didn't know.
    Also checked trigger signals at scaler. They were clean.
