These rates look strange. The T2 is quite large and even bigger than T1 in some cases. After a discussion with Bogdan, the preliminary conclusion is that b/c +3% is at the edge of the acceptance, alot of the scattered electrons are missing the 2nd scintillator plane (S2). The T1/T2 rates for the 0% looked consistent with this idea. However, it's not obvious that we should see that high a rate in T2 for the +3%. See figs.1 and 2 for the focal plane plots.
