keyword=right magnet all setRight HRS magnets are set at P=3.15 GeV/c.
Because of the new setting corresponding to Septum, the Q3 value is above 1400 A.
Doug changed teh cycle procedure to go up to 1500 A (instead of 1400 A).
Q3 seems drift out of range often. We talked to Javior, he changed integration
time a little longer for alarm. It alarms less freuqent now.
