keyword=Reference Cell PositionYesterday two runs were taken with the reference cell in the survey position and at 3 mm below this position. The run numbers are respectively 3346 and 3347. Figure 1 shows the react_z spectrum from the two runs. The top plot is from run # 3346 and the bottom is 3347. From the plots and the rates there was no noticeable difference between the two positions. It was decided against moving the reference cell 6 mm, and because the reference cell position is close to the lifting motor upper limit switch, it was not possible to take a run 3 mm above the survey position. Since there was no difference it was decided to run in the surveyed position.
