Twice tonight... TS1 failed to respond, and the TS1 console in the "components" screen showed that there was an exception error, and we could not do a "soft" reboot (by typing reboot, or doing a Ctrl-X).

Both times, we were able to bring runcontrol back to normal by reboot the crate via the Slow Controls.  Then in the runcontrol GUI: "Cancel", "Reset", then "Download".

After the first reboot, we noticed the deadtime had increased to 13% (for runs 23661-23663).  We're pretty sure we're looking at the correct T3 and T4 rates on the xscaler page... and setting the correct prescale values.
