This entry is a followup to: 112047

I tried to change the left arm Q2 polarity: set the current to zero,
then turned it off, Changed polarity to +. Turned power on, Set current to 50 uA, then to 1600 A, Then back to the set p0 value.
However, the guassmeter readback still negative.

The DAQ rate still low, It seems the polarity did not change.
Will get expert help during beam study to further investigate.
