    keyword=inconsistency in the replay

    I replayed several runs (3956/3959/3963) and found that only 40% of the events are passing the cuts.
    during the previous shift Jaideep replayed run 3953 and found 50%. I replayed the run again and checked Jaideep number and it is fine. I don't know why this particular run give a higher efficiency. Vince said this run might have been a N2 run and it shows a much different pi/e ration. This can explain the discrepancy. So I will trust my number of 40%.

    We have to re-estimate the goals for total number of good events (20% more). We are presently taking data at 270. New goal is 7.4M total (3.7 bhwp in, 3.7 bhwp out). We will go back to 0 degree to take 4 M more (2M bhwp in and 2M bhwp out)
