    Followups:

    keyword=CODA revived, /adaql2/data9 dead

    I got called at home about R-arm CODA not starting, the ER would
    refuse to connect. After trying the usual rituals, which were not
    helping, I rebooted adaql2. Now CODA works again for a few runs.

    Meanwhile it became apparent that /adaql2/data9 disk (SCSI 15) is
    dead. It refuses to "spin up", see message logs. I have dropped
    /adaql2/data9 from /etc/fstab and also dropped from the script that
    loops over disks.

    I then tried to figure out how much data was potentially lost (in
    between the time we last wrote to MSS and when data9 died). No
    answer yet, but it is apparent that data9 has been dead for awhile
    and the recent rash of "CODA crashes" where run-start fails was
    due to data9 not existing. For example, runs 3979, 3988.
