keyword=Raster scan & spot++We have been working with MCC to set the raster size - 1x1 mm was our
preferred size. MCC set the raster to the smallest size they could
without tripping the beam - 1.6 x 1.45 ('MCC' units) which resulted
in a raster of ~ 1.5 x 2 mm as shown below.
