    keyword=parity: repaired back lumi

    I used this morning's controlled access to repair the beam right
    back lumi (presently named "lumi5"). I removed the black paper
    which covered the entire quartz detector for background studies,
    resealed the quartz into the air light guide, and replaced the
    lumi into its mounting vessel. I did not remove the lightguide from
    the phototube, because the mounting looked pretty flakey and I didn't
    want to try it again myself.

    After leaving the hall, I ramped voltage on the tube and saw a
    pedestal change similar to the beam left lumi, so I believe there is
    no light leak. We'll need to tune the HV settings for this tube as
    well, but as a first guess, each tube will probably want about 825 V
    at 100 uA with the thick Carbon foil.
