keyword=Top VDC on R-HRS.The high voltage on the upper R-HRS VDC's started fluctuating, oscillating between 4kV and 2kV. The voltage was brought down and set to zero, and then the crate was reset. Gas-flows looked normal (~5 l/h) for both the top and bottom VDC on the Right arm.
