(which isn't happening very often right now). What is plotted
is dtime = (time(1)+time(4)-time(2)-time(5))/10. where time(i)
is the TDC value of point #i in the cluster. The normal width
is sigma=2.5 to 2.8 (gauss fit, see fig 1) to be compared with now
slightly wider value (fig 2) of approx 3.5 for recent run 2429.
