    keyword=ioc re-boot button works. Also be able to move to the optcis target

    Cryotarget group (Chris keith) worked on some of the problems
    found earlier: the ioc reboot and the failure to move to the
    optics targets. The ioc reboot button works now.
    I was able to move the target to the 10 cm optics target.
