300 um, or an upper limit of about 3.8e-5 energy spread.
MCC says that they have had very recent RF trouble, and the SLM shows
a big beam spot as well as structure on the beam. They insist
that the problem, which is visible in the SLM, is new, and it is
only a coincidence that I had just asked for an OTR check. I, for one, believe them, but I suppose you'll draw your own conclusions...
MCC is searching for a solution right now.
