    keyword=right dipole recovery

    the Mark and Todd left at about 0030 after a heroic effort to get
    the magnets back up after the problems earlier today.

    the right dipole has recovered. note the the current overshot alot
    before it settled down. the yellow line in the strip is the right
    dipole magnet current readback. we checked the fields and current
    to what we saw before. everything looks good.

    i should mention one thing. while the magnet was ramping up, we
    were keeping track of the spectrometer constant (Momentum/Current).
    for a while it looked too low (~2.584 MeV/Amp). however, after the
    current overshot and settled down, the constant was what we saw in
    the past:
    earlier today = 2.908 MeV/Amp
    just now = 2.905 MeV/Amp

    For comparison, for the left arm:
    earlier today = 2.946 MeV/Amp
    just now = 2.948 MeV/Amp
