    keyword=CODA crashed on runs 3085 and 3086

    Run#3085 failed to start. DAQ / CODA problem.
    ROCK12 and ROCK16 reported problem.
    In order to bring them back CODA was restarted
    from the scratch (COLD restart). At the process
    of CODA restarting run#3086 dissapeared.
    Therefore, the runs 3085 & 3086 are JUNK.
    The corresponding notes are made in the runsheet.
