keyword=Hall A RF off gives energy shiftwe noticed that "RF off" showed the energy locks were off at about 09:55. The strip chart shows that the energy shifted during that period.
This is the same thing we found previously -- the accelerator wants to run at slightly higher energy but FFB keeps it at our energy.
