To clear RICH HV alarm, open "CAEN" in lower right hard corner of HALLA_RICH controls. Press "Clear All Alarms". This will not reset the HV. The CAEN screen seems to have some problems starting up, however. It only came up after closing the RICH HV "Modules" screen.
