    Note about the beam time between 16:10 and 16:30:

    When the beam came back, the energy spread was around 3.0E-5 (or a
    little below). But we waited for about 20 minutes, hoping that it
    will drop to 2.5E-5. At the end of shift we reported this period
    as BNU. MCC's advice is that we should either count it as BANU, or as BNU and report immediately that the beam quality is not acceptable.
