    Additional comments:
08:45 Called MCC to check the status of beam and was told that
they are still checking the problem of beam leakage to
Hall B. There is no estimate of how long it will take.
09:15 MCC called to send us small beam.
10:00 Called MCC to find out the beam status and was told that
the beam leakage problem might be due to RF separator. They
were still investigating the problem and may need to call
    ein xpert.
10:15 MCC called and said that they had a new RF problem. It might
take a while to fix it.
10:53 MCC called to send us small (about 1 uA) tuned beam.
11:00 MCC called to let us know that they may have found the
beam leakage problem. They will give us CW beam in about
    10 minutes.
11:10 MCC will send small CW beam to the hall.
11:25 Beam is back and we have roughly 88 uA.
12:00 During run #3568 we noticed that the Coda rate was very
low (near zero). It turned out all ROCs are not working.
Tried to reboot ROC12 and ROC14, but failed.
14:00 Made an access to the hall and reset Switch 192 that
established all ROCs connections (see HALOG 121811).
All ROCs are now rebooted and working, so is Coda. As
soon as beam is back, We will resume dagta taking.
14:25 Actually, we are not ready since the Trigger Supervisor
is not working; so we are not taking data as yet.
14:30 MCC called they have RF cavity problem and may have to call
    in the experts.
14:42 MCC will try to send beam to us.
15:00 Trigger supervisor is now working and we are finally taking
    good data!.
15:55 Beam will be off for about 5 minute
