    keyword=trigger mods - T5 and T7 widths

    Per Bogdan's request, I reduced the width of T5 randoms to 75 nsec.
    Since this involved reducing the T1 width, it affected T7 a bit too.
    To accomplish this, I needed to feed T3 though a NIM module to get
    an independent width adjustment. This required reducing Ldelay1
    channel 1 from 88 to 40 nsec, while keeping the sum of chan 1-5
    fixed at 152 to preserve T3 timing. The overlaps look like this

    For T5:
    ----***********---- T1 (55 nsec wide)
    -----******-------- T3 (30 nsec wide, start 5 nsec after T1)
    Since you need 5 nsec minimum overlap, the expected width
    of randoms is 55 + 30 - 2*5 = 75.

    For T7 it is similar:
    ----***********---- T1 (55 nsec)
    -----********------ T6 (40 nsec, 5 nsec after)
    T7 randoms = 55 + 40 - 10 = 85 nsec.

    No other timing changes were required. Timings at Trig. Super. and
    at RT module were checked. They are a little different from before,
    but ok.
