    keyword=raster synched to helicity (MPS)

    The raster is synched to helicity now -- actually uses the MPS.
    This is due to a module given to us by Chen Yan. The frequency
    is about 25 kHz locked to MPS using a multiple of about 830 times
    the MPS. To disable this feature, unplug the cable "MPS for
    raster helicity synch" and the raster will run at 25 kHz (internal
    oscillator). This cable & new NIM board is in the helicity crate
    (middle counting room). Students Yi, Vahe, B. Moffit know where.
