to MCC, so Arne will need to take a look at it if we need it.)
This measurement is sensitive to threshold. I chose 47, which
cuts the constant background, but changing that changes the
measurement of spot size significantly. Anyway, with this threshold
the width varies aroung 190 um x 140 um at 1C12.
