keyword=Hall A OTR @ 1C12the otr had a MaX PIX error. usually this is a gain problem, so i decreased the gain from 0.7 to 0.50. now it is saying "Mask Adjustment." i varied them all over the place, but the error never went away. the x width is 0.260 mm and the spec according to the run plan is < 0.240 mm. will investigate further...
