Followups:
keyword=Energy spreadMCC informed us that whatever they did with the accelerator trying to
reduce the enrgy spread made no effect on the OTR 1C12 RMSx value.
Then, they changed filters in the OTR setup and could get any width from 0.1mm to 0.5mm. We do not know how the filters were calibrated
and what filter should be used for the given condidtion.
We may try to increase the beam current with the target removed, and
use the SL interferometer.
