    keyword=T1 rate on R-arm probably reliable

    T1 rate is measured in scalers on both spectrometers. We note that
    T1 rate on R-arm is stable, about 2.44 x 10^5 Hz for this beam
    current (14 uA). Meanwhile on L-arm it sometimes reads 2.44 but
    often jumps to about twice as high. I speculate that there is
    a flakey cable or module leading to multiple pulses (ringing).
    We can trace this with a scope. The RC decided to wait until the
    9 AM access to investigate. I don't think it is very harmful.
